Totem is an AI studio and academy based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about this policy, write to us via the contact page.
What data we collect and why
Contact form: your name, email and whatever you choose to include in your message (company, preferred dates). We use it solely to reply and follow up on your inquiry.
Newsletter: your email, only if you subscribe voluntarily. We use it solely to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link included in every email.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Ever.
Analytics
We use aggregated, anonymous analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site usage: pages visited, country and device type. It uses no cookies, identifies no individuals and does no cross-site tracking.
Where data is processed
The site is hosted on Vercel and email is processed by Resend — providers with servers in the US and EU that meet international data-protection standards.
Your rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and equivalent regulations (such as the EU GDPR), you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us via the contact page.
